  • Your images are securely delivered online and a physical copy of your files is shipped to your address as a backup.

  • We provide documentation verifying the accuracy of the photos, establishing their suitability for potential use in future legal disputes.

  • We provide photography releases to relinquish our ownership of your photos. This step is designed to provide you with added assurance that your personal belongings will remain private to you.

  • Our standard service captures photos of the surface level of open drawers, closets, and boxes. If there is an area you do not wish to be captured we ask that you let us know.

  • Yes, by request only. It is recommended by FEMA to keep a photo of you with your pets in case of disaster. This helps expedite the process of claiming your pets if needed.

  • Yes, we ask that all items worth $1,000 or more are clearly marked or are left out for our photographers As part of our standard we process, we take individual photos of vehicles, appliances, and other items known to be of high value.

  • Yes, before scheduling we send a valid ID and clean background check of each photographer who will be on site.
